We are an independent hotel on the North Norfolk coast with a sister property, The Lodge Inn, in Old Hunstanton. We enjoy both a large number of regular customers and new faces who come to enjoy our 23 bedrooms, fresh and locally sourced food and warm and welcoming service.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of our 23 room hotel, bar and restaurant. Duties include reception and administration work, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints and leading a team of staff through breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring our customers receive the very best service possible whilst you support the team. You must be customer focused, a team player, be competent and good at multitasking whilst having excellent attention to detail, computer and communication skills.
Your rota will be approximately 45 hours; 5 days over 7 (including weekends and evenings) working a selection of early (from 7am), late (finishing around 12midnight) and mid shifts. Front of House Team Member ( waiting and bar work)
Currently we are looking to engage new members for our front of house team. Your responsibility will be offering a consistent, excellent level of service by waiting on and bar work. Cash handing will be involved as will reception duties. No experience is required but is preferred, flexible hours available but will include evenings and weekends. This position is offered on either a seasonal or permanent basis. Excellent rates of pay and meals of duty. Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
A full time, permanent position with excellent career progression within a well run, family business. You will join a stable brigade of 8 in a busy kitchen, 95% of our menu is homemade such as sauces and breads, we also smoke our own fish. You must have a passion for food, be reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking and be able to manage quality and volume hand in hand. For the Chef de Partie role you should have experience in a similar role and be able to run a section with ease. Live in accommodation available.
