We are an independent hotel on the North Norfolk coast with a sister property, The Lodge Inn, in Old Hunstanton. We enjoy both a large number of regular customers and new faces who come to enjoy our 23 bedrooms, fresh and locally sourced food and warm and welcoming service.

Current Positions

Chef de Partie/Commis Chef

We are looking for a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join our experienced team of chefs in creating seasonal, all fresh food in a great environment. Our kitchen is well kitted out with the latest equipment to help you to create the best food possible for our guests. Working approximately 50 hours/week with a mix or split and straight shifts you will have the opportunity to work each section of the kitchen. Experience in a similar role desirable but a good work ethic and reliability is a must. Competitive rates of pay.
