We are an independent hotel on the North Norfolk coast with a sister property, The Lodge Inn, in Old Hunstanton. We enjoy both a large number of regular customers and new faces who come to enjoy our 23 bedrooms, fresh and locally sourced food and warm and welcoming service.
We are currently looking to recruit a experienced shift manager to join our busy hard working team. This is a full time permanent position, temporary live in accommodation is available. Experience and knowledge with restaurant, bar, reception and cash handling is essential. A working knowledge of Welcome anywhere systems would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be given. A focus on a consistent excellent level of service towards our customers will be essential. 45/50 hours a week, straight shifts 5 days out of 7, free meals on duty, 28 days holiday a year, staff discount on food at both hotels, achievement bonus scheme and tips. Front of House Team Member/Waiting and Bar Staff
Currently we are looking to engage new members for our front of house team. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and tidying the area of Front of House as well as offering a consistent, excellent level of service by waiting on. Bar work and cash handing will be involved. No experience is required but is preferred, flexible hours available but will include evenings and weekends. These are full time, permanent position with excellent career progression within a well run, family business. You will join a stable brigade of 7 in a busy kitchen, 95% of our menu is homemade and the remainder is made locally such as excellent Hunstanton ice creams. You must have a passion for food, be reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking and be able to manage quality and volume hand in hand. You should have experience in a similar role and be able to run a section with ease.
