“Just want to say a big thank you for making North West Surrey RSPB Group's stay so comfortable and brilliant. Once again you have come up trumps and looked after us very well..it's not always easy looking after a big group especially bird watchers who go out at 5.30am!
Dave and I think we actually had our best ever birds in Norfolk and enjoyed being there for the best part of 5 days. In fact getting up early and having a packed breakfast on Monday was brilliant, the birds out at Snettisham and on the Wash were so much better and seen in better light than on Sunday and we were the only 4 people there until about 8.00am...so we had it to ourselves!”

“Well what can I say, but a very big thank you to everyone who helped make the surprise 70th birthday party a success.
Everyone was most helpful from us arriving right through to us leaving. Nothing was too much trouble even though part of the party didn’t arrive until 8pm they still managed to be able to get some food. The pack up breakfast they got on leaving very early on the Sunday morning was more than ample and kept them going until lunch time.
The Saturday night family dinner was a great success. All the meals were marvellous and the fact that you served us 9 different main meals together was unbelievable. What a dream the sweets were. We all enjoyed every aspect of the weekend.
May I once again say thank you to you all, we will certainly be recommending your hotel whenever we can. An idyllic hotel in a great setting, where we could unwind easily. Must mention Pimms on the terrace a great idea.
May I wish you and your staff all the very best for the future and hope that we could possibly meat up again in the not too distant future. A great hotel with great people and very good service. A memory that will never be forgotten. Many thanks”
